Ralph Colucci is a managing director at Genova Group where he is responsible for leading the firm’s valuation advisory practice. Ralph has been actively providing clients with valuation advisory for over 20 years. He has extensive valuation and financial modeling experience related to the valuation of business enterprise, equity, debt, options/warrants and intellectual property in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, divestitures, debt recapitalizations, solvency opinions, fairness opinions and tax & financial reporting for both corporate and private equity clients. Ralph has regularly worked on diligence teams hired to conduct financial, tax and valuation due diligence in the execution of pre-deal advisory and corporate transaction and restructuring projects. He has led the valuation due diligence phase with business enterprise, equity, intellectual property valuation modeling and accretion / dilution analysis through to post-deal valuation & integration for tax restructuring, intellectual property transfer & financial reporting.

Prior to joining Genova Group, Ralph was a director in the Deals practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and a director in the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice at Grant Thornton LLP. Ralph has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an adjunct professor of finance at Saint Joseph’s University and La Salle University.
