Marc Rosenkoetter

Marc Rosenkoetter has over 22 years of experience as a consultant and business owner.

Marc specializes in working with businesses of all types and sizes on government program-related economic assistance, including the CARES Act and other pandemic-related relief including, but not limited to, the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). Specifically, he works directly with service providers, lenders, insurance companies, payroll companies, businesses, and their advisors (i.e., CPAs, attorneys, bankers, etc.) with risk mitigation, compliance and fraud prevention, detection, response, and remediation-related services, including litigation support.

Prior to joining Stout, Marc was the Partner-in-Charge of Advisory Services at a national top 25 public accounting firm, where he grew the practice 10x in four years through enhancing collaboration and process in business development, client management, and operations. He drove sales, new practice development, and people development, and he set the overall strategy for the firm’s Advisory Services. As an entrepreneur, prior to his career in consulting, he successfully built three companies over a 13-year period with wide strategic problem solving and business formation experience.
